modern design excellent mattress rooftop restaurant
i really liked the modern design of the rooms. the mattress felt excellent to me. the restaurant on the top floor was also great. i found the view beautiful and the food amazing.
the location is not perfect because of many homeless people nearby

modern room coffee maker interior decoration
i found the modern room quite inviting with a coffee maker. the interior decoration really added to the atmosphere. the staff was very kind and helpful making my stay smooth.
the minibar pricing seemed a little high compared to nearby shops.

the rooftop bar offers a great view and a relaxed atmosphere. i observed that the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes . there's also a business center with several computers for guest use.

the hotel is a short five-minute walk to the nearest bart station on powell street. i noticed numerous restaurants within a few blocks. it takes about twenty minutes to walk down to the embarcadero.

the front desk staff was professional and accommodating from check-in to check-out. i was happy to find the staff brought back the minibar service to the rooms. the events coordinator sydney was particularly helpful with inquiries.

unsafe location surprise resort fee
the modern look was acceptable.
The location felt quite unsafe because of drug use. i also found a surprise resort fee on my bill at checkout. I was not informed about it when i booked my room. this felt sneaky and definitely soured my stay.

clean room spacious room comfortable bed
the room was clean spacious and stylish. the bathroom was also clean every amenity worked well. i enjoyed that the hotel had an espresso machine in the room. i also liked having netflix as an option for entertainment.
the surrounding area had some homeless people
